Open up device manager and go to “properties” under your hard drive.

Click the policies tab and uncheck the box for “Enable write caching on the disk.”

BCDEDIT /set {bootmgr} device boot
BCDEDIT /set {default} device boot
BCDEDIT /set {default} osdevice boot
